By Car
We are easy to reach by road from all directions:
- From Perth: Follow the A9 north and take the A827 exit towards Aberfeldy. Continue on the A827 through Aberfeldy for about 7 miles in the direction of Kenmore, which lies at the eastern end of Loch Tay. Just before Kenmore, turn off the main road towards Acharn and continue west along the south Loch Tay Road for a further mile until you reach the village.
- From Kenmore: Follow the minor road for just over a mile along the south shore of Loch Tay towards Acharn. The Old Mill is right in the middle of the village next to the village green.
There is guest parking available beside the Mill. If approaching from Kenmore, you will find the parking to the left of the Old Mill when you arrive.
By Public Transport
Local buses (such as the 91, 91A and 893 services) stop close by in Acharn, with the nearest bus stop just a minute’s walk from The Old Mill.
On Foot or by Bike:
The Old Mill is located on both the Rob Roy Way long distance walking route and National Cycle Route 7.
